She did everything from creating a timeline, rehearsal dinner walkthrough, cutting flowers for about 100 vases day-of, offered to step in to do hair/makeup when my hired person was about an hour late, pinning 2 of my friends dresses that were blowing in the wind too much, bringing wine bottles to the table during dinner because the catering forgot they were supposed to, made sure I had everything I needed, helped pick up the vases and signs blowing over in the wind, paid the vendors their tips, etc. I had nothing to worry about.
